Cheat Code came first
The lead single, "Cheat Code (Follow Me)," dropped August 4, 2026, with an official performance video that premiered on YouTube the same day.

Why disco, and why now
Disco is in the bloodline of everything that came after it. House came out of disco. Hip hop was built on breaking disco records apart and looping the good parts. R&B, funk and pop all have disco in the foundation somewhere.
So when two New York artists with this much history build a project on it, that is not a genre switch. That is going back to the source.
It also fits Max B specifically. He has always been a melody first artist. Before melodic rap had a name, before a generation built careers on singing over rap production, he was doing it on Harlem mixtapes. The wave was always closer to music you move to than music you nod to. Disco is a natural room for that voice.
